One of my friends compiled a list of all the things she learned in the past year, and inspired me to do the same.
1. Stress is a necessary part of life. There are different levels and kinds, but it is impossible to not be affected by something. It is when you realize or notice it that is becomes easier to handle and lessen. In a way, it drives you to things you wouldn’t think were possible.
2. Expect the unexpected. It is with 100% certainty I can say that nothing EVER happens as you plan. Go with it. In the end it could end up better than you could possibly have guessed.
3. Some people enter your life just to make you realize what you value as important. Its up to you whether to keep these people in your life or not.
4. Fear exists. Theres the simple things; yes I’m afraid of spiders and chia pets, and the complex. Fear keeps us from experiences ultimately because of a lack of confidence in ourselves. Once we overcome that, fear takes a second seat to believing.
5. People act in specific ways in different situations. Not cliche-speaking, but you truly get to know a person when you spend time alone with them. Minus context, unconscious things come to the surface.
6. There is no such thing as being alone. Sure, theres those moments when you feel lost, confused, and like no one is there… but in actuality, you are not. There is always someone out there thinking about you.
7. Once you think you figure out who you are, you’ll realize that you have no idea. Its an ever-changing experience.

Me too ≠ miss you
Especially if followed by an “i miss you too”
Can’t correct it or take it back. Problems.
